What is the name or the brand of the press used to extract the seal?

My Rage-i dropper seat post is a somewhat slow to come back up - I was considering servicing, but based on this video, it doesn't look like a lot of lubrication is applied so I have my doubts it will resolve my issue. Will going through the motions help with the return speed or is it more likely the cartridge is a faulty? Thanks.

guys, i have e20i and troubles in installing. the third bolt on the bottom is doing nothing. absolutely, even if i tight it to the max. and this bolt is 1mm. If the cable is not short as possible - it will do nothing when triggers. Can u show the video of full installing e20i with trigger please?(ks kg remote)

Is there any way I can add more pressure to make the seatpost pop out faster? I noticed on some other brands that you can add pressure like you can on shocks and forks.

One of the hardest tasks I've ever had to do on a bike was setup a KS Lev dropper post and remote.

OneUp Components is the way to go when u need a dropper post. No need for special Tools!

One little tip after doing it, if you don't have the tool to put back the band bushing. I used a bit of electrical tape to maintain it. 2/3cms of tape put from the half of the band bushing width, to the top. Put a little bit of grease if the tape is too sticky. By putting back the seatpost into the tube, it'll push the tape and luckily the band bushing will stay in place. No over strenght, be careful, and try few times if needed. It worked well for me.

Hi! I found an Enduro/Downhill shock called KS FD60, but I can't find anything about it, and I can't find it on sites like AliExpress, Temu etc. so I don't think it's some chinese rip-off. I tried searching for a KS archive but it seems that there is no such thing. Contact is also US only so I can't ask there. I know this channel isn't owned by the people who run KS, but is there any way I could ask someone that could answer me whether or not this shock was made by KS or by some impersonator? Hi, is it possible to change the air pressure of the ks e20i ?

On my mountain bike, the bottom part of that clamp that holds on to the rails of the saddle is not adjustable. It is completely fixed in one position so I assume my saddle cannot be tilted? Or am I missing something?

Don't tell us find the line! Good grief, tell us how many inches or cm the post needs to be inserted to be safe. Don't ASSUME EVERY POST HAS LINE! They don't!

What a clown show. Don’t bother making anything logical by listing what droppers this works on. Don’t have any proper installation instructions anywhere. Good luck getting the cable length proper if you don’t have the measure tool which never even came with my bike. Dumbest cable mech I’ve ever seen on a dropper. Can’t even feed the cable through the remote lever cuz of misalignment in machining to push cable through. POS save yourself from anything to do with this company
